Notice of STAR Program Implementation Workshop

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District will hold its first workshop on implementing the Strategic Toxic Air Reduction (STAR) Program on Thursday, November 10, 2005, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville. The District invites representatives of companies subject to the STAR Program, environmental consultants, and the public to attend.

  1. Deriving a benchmark ambient concentration (BAC) for a toxic air contaminant (TAC) (Regulation 5.20)
