The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., April 20, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Consolidated Container Company for alleged violations at its facility at 6300 Strawberry Lane of Regulation 5.04 (Adoption of Federal Emission Standard for Asbestos).
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by April 19, 2005, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, (502) 574-6047, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
