in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., March 16, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed
order with Kosmos Cement Company
for alleged violations at its cement manufacturing plant at 15301 Dixie Highway
of Regulation 1.14 (Control of Fugitive Particulate Emissions).
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by March 15, 2005, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
