The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue construction permits to Maverick Tube Corporation (electrical metallic tube and rigid tube manufacturing), 7107 Logistics Drive, to construct a steel conduit plant equipped with appropriate air pollution control devices.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5:00 p.m. March 11, 2005. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on March 2, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
