January 19, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Cardinal
Aluminum Company
for alleged violations at its facility at 6910 Preston Highway
of Regulation 6.09 (Standards of Performance for Existing Process
Operations—Standard for Nitrogen Oxides).
