Notice of Public Comment Period and Hearing

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., December 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Louisville Gas & Electric Company (PDF) relating to a requirement to install and operate continuous opacity monitors at its Mill Creek Generating Station at 14660 Dixie Highway.

Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by December 14, 2004, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
