Invited to Saturday Morning Discussion of the
Strategic Toxic Air Reduction Program (STAR)
Louisville, KY (October 26, 2004) – Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District is offering a public roundtable discussion on the District’s plan to reduce toxic air contaminants - Strategic Toxic Air Reduction (STAR) Program. To better accommodate the public’s workweek schedule, the discussion is scheduled for Saturday morning – October 30, 2004.

What - Public comment and roundtable – technical discussion
- Brief overview by APCD Director, Art Williams, of the STAR program and draft regulations
