The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue a construction permit to American Synthetic Rubber Company (synthetic rubber manufacturing), 4500 Camp Ground Road, to install a thermal oxidizer control device per The Enforceable Agreement signed May 25, 2004.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5:00 p.m. October 14, 2004. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on October 20, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville.
