The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., September 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Kosmos Cement Company for alleged violations at its cement manufacturing plant at 15301 Dixie Highway of Regulations 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits) and 1.14 (Control of Fugitive Particulate Emissions).
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by September 14, 2004, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
