The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue, on September 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Carbide Industries, LLC. The Agreed Board Order would allow Carbide to operate at variance with District Regulation 6.43 while a revision to Regulation 6.43 is pending.
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by September 14, 2004, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Lauren Anderson, 574-6009, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
