The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District proposes to issue the Title V permit to University of Louisville, Belknap Campus (coal fired boiler at a college), in accordance with Regulation 2.16.
Drafts of the permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5:00 p.m. September 14, 2004.
