The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., July 21, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Ford Motor Company for alleged violations at its Kentucky Truck Plant at 3001 Chamberlain Lane of Regulation 2.16 (Title V Operating Permits).
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by July 20, 2004. Oral statements will be accepted at the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Mr. Jesse Goldsmith, (502) 574-7234, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
