The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP permit to Wayne Supply Company (surface coating of miscellaneous metal parts), 1400 Cecil Ave., to incorporate new equipment and requirements, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue the FEDOOP permit to Innovative Crushing & Aggregate, Inc. (crushing and recycling of rock and construction debris), 2412 Millers Lane; Kentucky-Indiana Lumber Co., Inc. (wood products manufacturing), 311 E. Lee Street; Qwest Communications Corp. (nationwide telecommunications carrier), 1208 Oldham Street; and PF Environmental Technologies, Inc. (synthetic gypsum manufacturing), 15301 Dixie Highway, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5:00 p.m. May 11, 2004.
