The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to re-issue the Title V permit to Oxy Vinyls LP (polyvinyl chloride [PVC] resin manufacturer), 4014 Bells Lane, and Noveon Inc. (synthetic resins), 4200 Bells Lane, to incorporate the vinyl chloride MACT, in accordance with Regulation 2.16.
Drafts of the permits are available at http://www.apcd.org/permit/t5status.html and at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5:00 p.m. March 9, 2004.
