Notice of Action on Federally Enforceable
District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP)

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP permit to Papa John’s Support Services, Inc. (lithographic printing), 2001 Papa John’s Blvd.; and PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. (paint manufacturing), 6804 Enterprise Drive, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue FEDOOP permits to Superior Solvents and Chemicals, Inc. (bulk solvent distribution), 4211 Bramers Lane; Cone Solvents, Inc. (bulk solvent distribution), 6301 Ralph Avenue; and Builders Metal Supply (surface coating of miscellaneous metal parts), 1032 South 8th Street, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.

Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5:00 p.m. January 20, 2004.
