The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP permit to Gateway Press, Inc. (lithography printing), 4500 Robards Lane to incorporate new equipment; and Solae, LLC (soybean based paper coating manufacturing), 2441 South Floyd Street, to incorporate a name change; in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue FEDOOP permits to Miller Oil Company, Inc. (bulk terminal), 4504 Bells Lane; Parrot Cleaners, Inc. (Stoddard dry cleaner), 1133 Ellison Avenue; Coit Drapery (Stoddard dry cleaner), 2730 Crittenden Drive; and Ramco Leasing, Inc. (automotive refinishing and miscellaneous metal parts surface coating), 3208 Woodland Avenue, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5:00 p.m. December 9, 2003.
