The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP permit to PPG Architectural Finishes, Inc. (paint manufacturing), 400 South 13th Street, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue FEDOOP permits to Applied Surface Technology/ACME Inc. (surface coating of miscellaneous metal parts), L Building, 100 Rochester Drive; Papercone Corporation (flexographic and lithographic printing), 3200 Fern Valley Road; and Louisville and Jefferson County Riverport Authority (dry bulk transfer facility), 6900 Riverport Drive, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5:00 p.m. September 9, 2003.
