The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to issue the Title V permit to General Electric Company (home appliance manufacturer), Appliance Park, and Corhart Refractories Corporation (refractory brick manufacturer), 1600 West Lee Street, in accordance with Regulation 2.16. Additionally, the District proposes to issue a Construction Permit to Akzo Nobel Resins (synthetic resin and specialty coatings manufacturer), 4730 Crittenden Drive, in accordance with Regulation 2.03
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. May 13, 2003.
