The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP to Cardinal Kitchens, Inc. (kitchen counter top manufacturer), 230 Hiawatha Avenue, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue the FEDOOP to Powerscreen USA LLC [D.B.A. Terex Crushing and Screening] (surface coating of large industrial machinery), 11001 Electron Drive, and Marcus Paint Company (paint manufacturing), 235 East Market Street, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District Office until 5 p.m. May 13, 2003.
