Notice of Action on Federally Enforceable
District Origin Operating Permit (FEDOOP)

The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to re-issue the FEDOOP to Chevron Products Company-Louisville Terminal (petroleum bulk storage and distribution), 4401 Bells Lane, in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The District proposes to issue the FEDOOP to Progress Paint Manufacturing Company (paint manufacturing), 201 East Market Street, and Blatz Paint Corporation, Inc. (paint manufacturing), 319 South Shelby Street, in accordance with Regulation 2.17.

Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at (502) 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. April 29, 2003.
