The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control Board will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., February 19, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Kent Feeds, Inc. for alleged violations at its facility at 932 E. Chestnut Street of Regulations 1.13 (Control of Objectionable Odors in the Ambient Air) and 1.08 (Administrative Procedures).
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by February 18, 2003, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
