The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District proposes to issue a modified Title V permit incorporating a name change to Carbide Industries LLC (acetylene and calcium carbide production), 4400 Bells Lane, in accordance with Regulation 2.16.
A draft of the permit is available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. March 11, 2003.
