The Air Pollution Control District proposes to issue the Title V permit to DuPont Dow Elastomers L.L.C. (neoprene elastomer manufacturing), 4242 Camp Ground Road, in accordance with Regulation 2.16.
A draft of the permit is available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. February 25, 2003.
