The Air Pollution Control District proposes to issue the Title V permit to Louisville Gas and Electric, Mill Creek Generating Station (electric generating station), 14660 Dixie Hwy, in accordance with Regulation 2.16. Additionally, the Air Pollution Control District proposes to issue a construction permit to LEO, Inc. (hot steel rolling mill), 21 Century Drive, in accordance with Regulation 2.03.
Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. February 18, 2003.
