Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County proposes to issue a modified Title V permit incorporating a name change to Noveon Inc. (synthetic resin manufacturing) 4200 Bells Lane in accordance with Regulation 2.16.
Drafts of the permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday by calling Eva Addison at 574-6005. Written comments will be accepted by Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office until 5 p.m. January 14, 2003.
