Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., October 16, 2002 at 9 a.m. on a proposed order with Akzo Nobel Coatings, Inc. for an alleged violation at 4730 Crittenden Drive of Regulation 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by October 15, 2002, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
