The update of the Horizon 2025 Transportation Plan began a year ago with a public review and comment of the current transportation plan. Now the third and final public review and comment period has begun with a review of the draft Horizon 2025 Transportation Plan update. The intent of this third public review and comment period is to collect comments about the draft Plan in its entirety. The comment period begins August 22 and will end on September 20, 2002.
The draft Horizon 2025 Transportation Plan is available for review at public libraries in the five-county Louisville urbanized area (Clark and Floyd in Indiana; and Bullitt, Jefferson, and Oldham in Kentucky). The information can also be found at KIPDA's web site (www.kipda.org).
