Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., April 17, 2002 at 9 a.m. on a proposed order with DuPont Dow Elastomers LLC for an alleged violation at 4242 Camp Ground Rd. of Regulation 5.02 Federal Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Incorporated by Reference.
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by April 16, 2002, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
