Notice of Meeting

The Policy Committee of the Air Pollution Control Board will meet in the Board Room of the Air Pollution Control District at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2002. The Air Pollution Control District is located at 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky.

The Policy Committee invites the public to attend.

3. Amendment to Regulation 2.05 Prevention of Significant Deterioration of Air Quality, Version #8, Draft #4 - Proposed - Revision 1, April 2, 2002

   Note: A public hearing was held on this proposed regulation on April 15, 1998, but no final action was taken. If deemed appropriate by the Policy Committee, the District intends to recommend that the Board adopt the proposed amendment with several non-substantive changes at the April 17, 2002, Board meeting.
