Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County opens a public comment period February 28, 2002, and will hold a public hearing March 20, 2002, on planned changes to the Jefferson County carbon monoxide, PM10, sulfur dioxide, and oxides of nitrogen ambient air monitoring networks.
Written statements will be accepted by the Board, Jonathan L. Trout, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Ave., Louisville, KY 40204-1745, until 5:00 pm March 15, 2002. Written statements will also be accepted electronically until the same deadline via the Internet at the e-mail address "regs@apcd.org". Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on March 20, 2002, at 9:00 am in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville.
Documentation of the proposed changes is available for inspection at the office of the Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville. An electronic copy of the documentation may be downloaded from the District's website at "apcd.org/regs/proposed".
