Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., February 20, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Rohm & Haas Company for an alleged violation at 4300 Camp Ground Rd. of Regulation 6.24 Standard of Performance for Existing Sources Using Organic Materials.
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by February 19, 2002, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
