Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., February 20, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed amendment to board order with Louisville Gas & Electric issued March 21, 2001. The order relates to the conversion to wet stacks of the four generating units at the company’s Mill Creek Generating Station at 14660 Dixie Highway.
Written comments will be accepted from the public if received by February 19, 2002, and comments will be accepted from the public during the hearing. Information may be obtained from Ms. Terri Phelps, 574-6047, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
