Presentations shall be limited to two minutes, except that the Board Chairman may, for cause, allow three minutes. Persons wishing to address the Board shall notify the Secretary-Treasurer (502-574-7251) and submit a completed speaker’s registration card to the Secretary-Treasurer before 9:00 a.m. of the day of the Board meeting.
