The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of its intent to revise a construction permit to E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., Inc. according to the requirements of Regulation 2.07 Public Notification for Title V, PSD, and Offset Permits; SIP Revisions; and Use of Emission Reduction Credits. This notice announces the 30-day public comment period.
E.I. DuPont de Nemours applied for a permit to install new natural gas/#2 fuel oil boilers to replace the existing coal-fired boilers located at 4200 Camp Ground Road. This revision corrects a PSD limit and citation that were improperly applied.
Copies of the application and draft Construction permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Chris Bryant at 574-6006. Comments must be made in writing and directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than July 17, 2001.
