The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of its intent to revise a construction permit to DuPont Dow Elastomers L.L.C. - Louisville Plant, according to the requirements of Regulation 2.07 Public Notification for Title V, PSD, and Offset Permits; SIP Revisions; and Use of Emission Reduction Credits. This notice announces the 30-day public comment period.
DuPont Dow Elastomers L.L.C. - Louisville Plant applied for a permit to modify the drop tanks in the unstripped neoprene emulsion unit located at 4242 Camp Ground Road. This revision corrects a Regulation citation.
Copies of the application and draft construction permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Chris Bryant at 574-6006. Comments must be made in writing and directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than July 17, 2001.
