Drafts of the permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave. between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling Bruce Gaylord, 574-7253. Verbal comments may be made to Mr. Gaylord and written comments may be made to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office by July 3, 2001.
