Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County (District) proposes to revise the FEDOOP issued to Stone Container Corporation, 6820 Enterprise Drive.
The District proposes to accept the RACT/BACT demonstration by Stone Container Corporation as a means of complying with District Regulations 5.11 and 5.12 Standards of Performance for Existing Sources Emitting Toxic Air Pollutants and Standards of Performance for New or Modified Sources Emitting Toxic Air Pollutants respectively.
Drafts of the permit and demonstrations are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling Bruce Gaylord, 574-7253. Verbal comments may be made to Mr. Gaylord and written comments may be made to Jess Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office, by June 20, 2001.
