The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Ave., March 21, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with Louisville Gas & Electric Company to convert all four units of the Mill Creek Station, 14660 Dixie Highway, to wet stack operation.
Copies of the board order are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Written comments must be directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than March 20, 2001. Written comments or oral statements will be accepted to determine Board action.
