The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue, March 21, 2001, at 9:00 a.m. on a proposed order with BF Goodrich Company for an alleged violation at 4200 Bells Lane of 40 CFR 61 Subpart F - National Emissions Standards for Vinyl Chloride. The Company proposes a Supplemental Environmental Project that will significantly reduce the emissions of Hazardous Air Pollutants from the plant.
