The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.
The B.F. Goodrich Company, 4200 Bells Lane, PolyOne (formerly the Geon Company), 4200 Bells Lane, and E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., Inc., 4200 Camp Ground Road, have applied for Title V operating permits. Copies of the applications and the draft Title V permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than February 27, 2001. The permits are also being submitted for parallel EPA review. The EPA 45-day review period ends March 14, 2001.
