The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft FEDOOP operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V, PSD, and Offset Permits; SIP Revisions; and Use of Emission Reduction Credits and 2.17 Federally Enforceable Operating Permits.
Cardinal Kitchens, 230 Hiawatha Avenue, and Frito-Lay, 1600 Crums Lane, have applied for revisions to their FEDOOP operating permits. Copies of the applications and the draft FEDOOP permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than February 6, 2000.
