Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County
The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of a draft Title V operating permit according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.
Oxy Vinyls, LP, 4014 Bells Lane has applied for a Title V operating permit. Copies of the application and the draft Title V permit are available at the District office, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Chris Bryant at 502/574-6006. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than December 5, 2000.
