Notice of Issuance of Operational Permit — Title V

The Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County gives notice of draft Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits.

Caldwell Tanks, Inc., 4000 Tower Road and Alcan Aluminum Corporation, 1430 S. 13th Street have applied for Title V operating permits. A copy of the applications and the draft permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by contacting Bruce Gaylord at 502/574-7253. Comments must be made in writing directed to Jesse Goldsmith, Engineering Manager, at the District office no later than June 29, 2000.
