Notice of Public Hearing

The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County will hold a public hearing on an order with Akzo Nobel Resins/Coatings Inc. for alleged violations at 4730 Crittenden Drive of Regulations 2.16 Title V Operating Permits, 6.13 Standard of Performance for Existing Storage Vessels for Volatile Organic Compounds, and 7.12 Standard of Performance for New Storage Vessels for Volatile Organic Compounds.

Written statements will be accepted from the public to determine Board action. The hearing will be at 9:00 am, February 16, 2000, in the Board Room located at 850 Barret Avenue. Information may be obtained from Mr. Chris Bryant at 502/ 574-6006, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
