Notice of Issuance of Operational Permits
Title V

The Air Pollution Control District gives notice of proposed Title V operating permits according to District Regulations 2.07 Public Notification for Title V Permits and 2.16 Title V Operating Permits. Sam Meyers, Inc. 3400 Bashford Ave Ct and Louisville Medical Steam Plant, 235 Abraham Flexner Way have applied for Title V operating permits.

Copies of the permit applications and the proposed permits are available at the District office, 850 Barret Ave, Louisville from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Comments regarding these proposed permits may be made, in writing, to Art Williams, Acting Air Pollution Control Officer, no later than December 21, 1999.
