Notice of Public Comment Period and Hearing

The Air Pollution Control Board of Jefferson County opens a public comment period September 16, 1999, and will hold a public hearing October 20, 1999, on the repeal of District Regulation 1.16, Standards for Volatile Organic Compound Content of Architectural and Industrial Maintenance Coatings, Version #3, Draft #1- Proposed August 23, 1999. If approved, the repealed regulation will be submitted to be withdrawn from the Kentucky State Implementation Plan.

Written statements will be accepted by the Board, Jonathan L. Trout, Secretary-Treasurer, 850 Barret Avenue, Louisville, KY 40204-1745 until 5:00 pm, October 15, 1999. Oral statements will be accepted at the public hearing on October 20 at 9:00 am in the Board Room, 850 Barret Avenue.
